US SHIPPING

Change of Scenery is pleased to offer free domestic standard ground shipping throughout the continental U.S. on orders of $100+.  Orders will be shipped pending product availability from our warehouse in New York.

  • Ground orders totaling less than $100 will incur a $10 shipping fee.
  • Please note that ground shipping is estimated 3-7 business days.

*Expedited shipping methods do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed between 12 pm EST Thursday and 11:59 am EST Friday will be delivered by Tuesday for express shipping. Orders placed between 1 2pm EST Friday and 11:59 am Monday EST will be delivered by Wednesday for 2-day shipping.

DELIVERY TIMING

Orders are processed and delivered on business days Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. A business day is Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.

Once your package has been fulfilled, an email will be sent confirming the tracking number.

  • Orders are shipped from our warehouse in New York.
  • If you need an order shipped in a certain timeframe, need to change your shipping method, or need to make any adjustments on your shipment please email us at hello@shopchangeofscenery.com immediately after placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate you.
  • If an order has already shipped, we cannot make any adjustments.
  • Please note, we do not fulfill orders over the weekend.
  • Change of Scenery cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delays due to inclement weather or other unforeseen transit delays.

 


OVERNIGHT DELIVERY CUT-OFF TIME

We ask that customers place their order by 12pm ET, Monday through Friday, to guarantee Express delivery for in-stock items. Orders placed after 12pm ET will ship the next business day, which may affect the ultimate delivery date. Orders placed for pre-order items with expedited shipping methods will ship via the selected method once the product becomes available.


SATURDAY DELIVERY

We do not deliver on Saturdays and are unable to arrange Saturday delivery at this time.


UPDATING SHIPPING METHOD

Shipping method must be selected at the time of checkout. We are unable to upgrade shipping once an order has been placed.


PREORDER SHIPPING

Items that display Preorder on their product page are currently available for purchase, but not yet ready to ship. Please refer to the message on the product page for shipping date estimations. If your order contains a pre-order item, the in-stock items will ship immediately and the pre-order items will ship when available. If you would like us to hold your entire order until all items are available, please email us at hello@shopchangeofscenery.com immediately after placing your order.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you would like to place an international order, please contact us at hello@shopchangeofscenery.com and we can arrange shipping at actual shipping cost. Orders outside of the continental United States are not eligible for free shipping or returns. 


DELIVERY SIGNATURE

Orders are shipped with no signature requirement for delivery. To request a signature requirement, please email hello@shopchangeofscenery.com with your order confirmation / PO Number immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to assist, pending the order’s current processing status at the time your request is reviewed.


WAREHOUSE HOLIDAYS

Change of Scenery Fulfillment and Customer Service Center will be closed on all National holidays.
