We allow returns or exchanges up to 14 days after delivery. Returns or exchanges requested after this window cannot be processed. Items must be returned or exchanged in original condition and include the garment with all accessories, original garment tags and poly bag. Exchange items must be returned and received at our warehouse prior to shipment of new goods.
Please note that we will not be able to process a refund or credit if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing, or shows signs of wear.
Return shipping is complimentary. Shipping costs on the original order (which include taxes) are not refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method on the order, which may include gift cards if one was used. You have the option to refund your order to a gift card and receive a $20 bonus credit.
Return label must be scanned by the carrier within 20 days of item delivery date.
You will receive a refund for the return within 10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
Items purchased on Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. No exceptions.
Locate the Order Number on your packing slip, or the Order Number on your Order Confirmation Email, and the email used to make your purchase. Your items must fall under the allotted return policy time of 14 days from delivery.

Box and ship your return or exchange items using the prepaid label that was sent to your email. Once we receive and inspect the item we will issue your refund or store credit, or send your exchange to you.
Processing times take up to 10 business days.

Please ship returns using only the corresponding return label generated through Guest Returns or from your account for the item(s) associated with your original order. To check the status of your return, track your return using the tracking number on the return label that was provided to you in the return authorization email. Orders are refunded within 10 business days of delivery at our warehouse. You will receive an automated email when your return has reached our warehouse, and another email when the refund has been credited. Please allow your bank 3-10 business days to return the funds to your original method of payment. If 10 business days have passed since your return was delivered to our warehouse, please email email@example.com and we’ll be happy to assist further.
To return a gift simply start a return as a guest. You will need the order number from the packing slip. The gifter will never know that you returned your gift.
Customer Service will issue a return label to the gift recipient for the item to be returned for an online gift card. Return shipping is complimentary.
Expired and one-time-use promotions are not applicable toward new orders and will not be re-honored toward newly placed orders. However, if exchange an item the original discount will be applied towards the exchange.
Change of Scenery is committed to an exceptional level of design and craftsmanship. All merchandise is inspected for quality prior to shipment; however, there may be rare occasions when a defective item is shipped.
If any product in your order has arrived damaged in any way, please contact us to rectify the situation. The customer is responsible for contacting our Customer Service team within 72 hours after the package was delivered to put in a claim for a damaged piece — include your Order Number. 2-3 images and a description of the damage.
If a return is received with a piece that is deemed by our customer service team to be used, worn, or damaged and there was no previous communication that it arrived in anything but perfect condition, we will not be able to process a refund or credit for the product. In this case, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label and for providing the return shipping label to us.
Where possible, we offer to repair faulty items. If we cannot repair it, and you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to inventory availability. You will receive a refund if item is deemed faulty and it cannot be repaired or replaced.
Please note that damages as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Shopify is our payment processor and website host. Automated refund emails may confirm that a refund was issued via Shopify or Shopify Payments. This simply means that your refund back to your original method of payment has been processed.
Change of Scenery is pleased to offer free standard ground shipping throughout the continental U.S. on orders of $100+. Orders will be shipped pending product availability from our warehouse in New York.

We do not deliver on Saturdays and are unable to arrange Saturday delivery at this time.
Orders are shipped with no signature requirement for delivery. To request a signature requirement, please email email@example.com with the Order number on your order confirmation immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to assist, pending the order’s current processing status at the time your request is reviewed.

Shipping method must be selected at the time of checkout. We are unable to revise or upgrade shipping once an order has been placed.
Items that display Pre-order on their product page are currently available for purchase, but not yet ready to ship. Please refer to the message on the product page for shipping date estimations. If your order contains a pre-order item, the in-stock items will ship immediately and the preorder items will ship when available.

If the courier indicates that the package was delivered, there are a few steps we suggest taking. Occasionally, packages are marked as delivered before they are physically at your address. Please allow 24 hours following a delivery confirmation before assuming that there is an issue with the delivery.
• Contact your local post carrier and try to speak to your postal person directly, as sometimes they have a recollection of when and where they leave packages. • Make sure your mail area is secure and leave a note to request that packages not be left unattended. • Check with your neighbors if they may have mistakenly received or collected your package.
Change of Scenery is not responsible for any lost, missing or stolen packages during transit/delivery that show successful delivery to the order address. Please contact the carrier and file a claim. However, please email us at email@example.com and we will try our best to partner with you and the carrier to locate your package.
We cannot be held responsible for orders that go missing after obtaining a “Delivered” status. Please ensure that you provide a shipping address that is attended during the day if your mail area is not secure. An official non-emergency police report must accompany all claims for packages not received after being marked "Delivered".

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly. Once an order has been confirmed, we are unable to make any changes (This includes cancellations/shipping/billing addresses, shipping method, inserting promo code, removing/adding/altering an item in your order etc.), but, if you email us right away at email@example.com, we will do our best to accommodate you.
For your protection, our team does not have access to your credit card information. This means that we are unable to add anything to your order once it has been placed.
A Change of Scenery online account is not required to complete an order. We do, however, recommend creating your account for easy and convenient management of your online orders.
Change of Scenery does not offer price adjustments. Purchases made prior to sale markdowns are not eligible for a price adjustment. Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout and cannot be retroactively applied. Please note that discount codes cannot be combined.

Placing an order is not a guarantee of stock availability. Stock is confirmed during the order processing stage and allocated to your order at that time. If we run into any issues fulfilling your order, we will send you an email to let you know.

We have digital gift cards available for purchase. Digital gift cards deliver via email and can be printed out. Values begin at $25.
Change of Scenery gift cards are only redeemable on www.shopchangeofscenery.com and can be used towards any purchase. Simply apply your gift card at checkout. If you do not use your entire gift card for your order, you can use it again for a future order. Our gift cards do not expire or diminish in value.
All gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Only one payment method can be applied per online order. We are unable to accommodate special requests for multiple payments to be applied toward one order. However, if you would like to apply a Change of Scenery gift card towards your order and it does not cover the full amount, you will have the option of adding another payment method to the balance.
Yes, all refunds are returned in the original form of payment, or you can choose to apply the refund to a Change of Scenery Gift Card.

If you are in between sizes, we recommend sizing down in swim. Suits should fit snugly when dry.
Our apparel is meant to fit loose and easy. If you prefer a closer to the body fit, or are between sizes, you should size down.
We are just getting started, and currently offer our full assortment in sizes XS-XL (0-14). We are serious about fit and it takes time to ensure our fit is perfect across all sizes. As we continue to perfect our fit, we plan to gradually roll out certain styles in additional sizes. Our goal is to deliver a collection that makes all women look great and feel confident.
All our swim tops and one-piece suits have removeable bust pads. Please reference each unique product page for style details.
Removable pads give you the option of removing them if you don’t need them. Most of our customers like them because it gives the bust an extra lift and provides a little extra coverage (especially when the suit is wet). But we know that some women don’t need them or simply don’t like them -- that’s the beauty of the removable pads! You can choose to wear them or not.
All our swim bottoms and one-pieces feature power mesh compression lining between the fabric and the lining. You cannot see it, but you can most certainly feel it (and you will feel great!)
Our luxurious Repreve® recycled nylon swimsuit fabric offers inherent UPF 50+ protection and is third party clinically tested to block 99% of the sun’s UVA and UVB sun rays.
UPF stands for ultraviolet protection factor, and it has to do with a certain fabric’s ability to block out both UVB and UVA ultraviolet sunlight. A UPF swimsuit will offer far more protection from the sun than just a regular swimsuit, and UPF 50+ is the highest sun protection rating for fabrics. Most people don't realize they need protection from harmful UV rays under their clothes and swimwear, too, not just the exposed parts of the skin out in the sun. But if you don’t have a UPF swimsuit, harmful rays can get through the material and to the skin.
Consider sunscreen and UPF+ swimwear as dual lines of defense. We encourage our customers to use the right sunscreen as well, and to use it diligently.

We choose to use certified organic cotton fabric for our cotton apparel styles.
Organic cotton is grown without harmful chemicals, leaving the soil, air, and water free from contaminates that cause harm. It uses far less water to grow since organic cotton farmers typically utilize rain far more than irrigation.
Clothes made from organic cotton are also higher quality, softer, and more durable.
We digitally print all our printed fabric yardage. Compared with common traditional wet printing, digital printing creates a lot less waste overall. The process uses less ink, fewer chemicals, and less water, and we can print the exact amount of fabric that we need.
Each Change of Scenery factory employee is a valued member of our team. We currently manufacture in China and prioritize safe and healthy working environments. All people associated with our brand are always treated fairly and respectfully.
